Vans Carharrt collab

As a follow-up to recent looks at the Carhartt x Vans Half-Cab | Chukka, here’s the unveiling of the final product. Differing from our most recent preview, the Half-Cabs and Chukkas lose the reddish pipping along the sole restricting the bright color only to the bottom of the sole. Each pair also comes packaged with a special dust bag utilizing the same Carhartt brown that has become synonymous with the workwear brand. This collaboration is the culmination of years of support both brands have given each other through various events and a mutual respect the brands have for each others creative direction. The shoes release on September 3rd at Carhartt flagship stores around Europe in the following cities, London, Paris, Lyon, Toulouse, Madrid, Barcelona, Lisbon, Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt, Milan, Rome, Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Zurich.

REBEL8 Fall 2008 Collection

Continuing the use of mostly black and white imagery, REBEL8 pull through once again with their fall 2008 collection. Referencing good old political tension, militant themes and classic tattoo work, the highlight of the lineup is the “Rats Get Fat” tee as well as a nicely executed hoody, done up in an army green and black colorway. Keeping a consistent design approach as usual, the rest of the collection features awesome work from the team of Mike Giant and Joshy D. Paul Rodriguez x Incase Signature Collection – Overnite

Having already seen a couple of the items coming from the Paul Rodriguez signature line with bag maker Incase, the collection continues with an overnite bag. Very handy for those quick trips to the girls house or if you just dont feel like carrying around a bulky suitcase. The pack features the familiar all black colorway with zippered compartments for gear and even a faux fur liner for the Macbook.

EPMD x Stussy Strictly Business Party Recap

Along with the Strictly Business tee release from Stussy, the guys from Undftd, Complex, Ransom, S.L.A.T.E and of course the Stussy crew threw a bash during the Magic trade show festivities. With one thousand people packed into Club Moon at the The Palms hotel, this was probably one of the biggest parties of the night. Erick Sermon and Parrish Smith brought the house down alongside DJ’s Neil Armstrong, Wristpect and Sample208. Check the pics out for yourselves courtesy of Neek, after the jump.

Crooks & Castles | Hellz x Mojo Industries

At the recent tradeshow grind in Las Vegas, among the innovative promotional items were a series of flash drives between the likes of Crooks & Castles and Hellz together with branding & strategic consulting firm Mojo Labs. The 1GB flash drives are each seen in pendant form based on familiar icons.

Poorman’s Trash

In UNDFTD’s latest collaboration with Converse, the popular sneaker boutique utilizes an MA-1 flight jacket concept as they adopt it for use on the Poorman’s Weapon. The slimmer profile of the Poorman’s Weapon is met with some interesting features that marked the MA-1 jacket such as a satin upper and interchangeable Velcro patches. The Velcro patches itself allowed for quick disposable in the event pilots were captured behind enemy lines. Rounding out the release is the use of an orange liner much like the jackets themselves.

Bodega x Saucony Courageous TR Preview

While Saucony’s connection to the lifestyle sneaker market has been spotted, the bulk of their airplay has been linked to collaborative efforts with stores such as David Z., A.R.C. andSolebox. However Boston’s Bodega is the latest to enter the mix as they incorporate a concept of high school uniforms into the Courageous TR’s aesthetics. Three shoes are on the horizon for this 3M with ballistic nylon and premium leather release.

Hitting OF stockists soon will be another New Era cap featuring Kaws signature mark within his OriginalFake label. Keeping it fresh and simple, the 59Fifty model sports a nice gray on gray colorway with an embroidered all over X print.
